In this project, I developed a solution aimed at addressing the complexity of managing diverse health plans for medical patients.
 
Unlike many existing applications that predominantly cater to the patient as the primary user, my design acknowledges the pivotal role of caretakers in the patient's routine. Specifically tailored for caretakers lacking professional medical expertise, such as family members, the application provides an intuitive and simple interface to support their involvement.

The app offers flexibility during the initial setup phase, allowing users to designate the patient themselves as the primary user if deemed more appropriate.
 
Alongside medication tracking, the application incorporates additional health management features such as monitoring sleep patterns, exercise routines, and hydration levels.
